An Iron Cross 1St Class 1914 By Carl Dillenius, Pforzheim Auction Archive Footnote: HMS Antelope took partSilver frame, with iron core, magnetic, maker marked "CD" (Carl Dillenius, Pforzheim) over "800" (silver) on the reverse, 42 mm, vertical pinback, better than extremely fine. Footnote: Carl Dillenius, Pforzheim only began supplying Iron Crosses in 1917, the "800" silver content only used to manufacture Iron Crosses during the period 1917 1918. (C: 171)
