It states that Matrose (Sailor) Haardt (no first name given) of the 3rd Company of the Marine Artillerie Abteilung (Navy Artillery Detachment) VI has been awarded the Marksmanship decoration 1st Grade in the 2nd shooting class for rifle in 1934 35.
