Tiberio Colline Pescaresi IGP Pecorino 2023 tromba This Shiraz was sourced from100% Pecorino from massal selection coming from the original five mother vines rediscovered in the estate in 1999. Grown on limestone with a marly gravel subsoil. Only free run juice is used. Fermentation in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
