Fowles Farm to Table Pinot Gris 2023 cremant-de-bourgogne bistro-friendly blend of 80% MontepulcianoWinemaking The fruit for this wine was partially harvested from our Upton Run and Billis vineyards in the Strathbogie Ranges. After gentle crushing the juices was fermented in stainless steel using a carefully selected yeast to enhance primary fruit aromas. The wine was then matured in stainless steel on lees for three months to build more body and toast notes.
