An award document for an Honour Cross of the German Mother, Silver Grade, constructed of off white paper stock with black ink, named to Rosa Siebold (ne Wetzel), a resident of Freiburg im Breisgau, issued in Berlin on 1 October 1939, featuring facsimile signatures of the Fhrer and Otto Meissner,
