Sutton Grange Fairbank Field Blend 2021 s0 Raised entirely in new oakA blend of two white grape varieties Viognier and Fiano. This vintage has a nose perfumed with whiter flowers and zesty lemons. Further underpinned by wild honey notes and coriander seed taking the wine in a tropical direction. With a touch of salinity from skin contact, the palate is medium weight, fruit driven by mango skin and stone fruits. Chalky tannins bring in a zippy lemony finish.
