Constructed of bronzed blackened medal alloy and the obverse with a central laurel wreath with a leftward facing eagle, and with nine oak leaves on either side of the wreath; with a slender banjo style pinback, with a sheet metal hinge and a flat wire catch; measuring 77. 06 mm (w) x 25. 70 mm (h); in mint condition.
