Xo Wine Co Pinot Gris on Skins 2025 g4 Muscular and robust tannin structureThis small batch Pinot Gris is slightly off centre! Almost Salmon Rose in colour has a luscious Rose petal and turkish delight characters with saline minerality and subtle savoury textural finish. A small portion underwent Carbonic maceration while then finishing fermentation in old French oak barrels. 50% of the blend was crushed to open fermenters for 4 days before finishing ferment in stainless steel, the balance had minimal skin contact and was
