Le Petit Cochonnet Pinot Noir Size::1 Bottle The family own 9 hectaresMade from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from different vineyards across Pays dOc in Languedoc Roussillon, grown on argilo calcareous soils. Winemaking is clean and straightforward, cold maceration before fermentation and traditional vinification. Pick up red fruit (raspberry, redcurrant and pomegranate) on the nose, around and vivacious palate of clove and blackberries. No need to ponder; just drink it.
