The aromas of grapefruit and apple that emerge first are complemented by an elegant spicy touch of cinnamon, on a background of toast. Palate The mouth is of a beautiful balance, with a dense material awakened by a saline vivacity. The aromas are expressive, and especially persistent in a fresh and sharp finish. This wine goes well with pasta, vegetarian and cured meats.
