Theres Italian and Balkan juniper, and then intriguingly enough, a green, young juniper that grows on Hepple itself. But it doesnt stop there, there. Its a three way extract process to extract flavor. And we have to admit, its futuristic af. The first step involves a copper pot still upon which the core Gin is created.
