Officially presented with 1985 vintage, Piodilei represents the great challenge of the Pio Family to express in white the complexity, structure, restraint and longevity of the Langhe terroir, in particular in higher elevation exposures with cooler microclimate. Vinification Alcoholic fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks then end in French oak
