Fervor Edward’ Syrah 2021 Size::6 Bottle Case well rounded by long oakThe colour is bright and intensely luminous with hues of crimson red and purple. A soft and generously well rounded syrah made in the increasingly more common cool climate style with less overt tannin and extract but still with delicious succulent fruit flavours. Spicy plum on the nose with a floral lift showing a hint of licorice. The palate is smooth and seamlessly structured with its medium body supported by chalky tannins and a little oak.
