Germany. A Wound Badge, Silver Grade Auction with a khaki coloured liner(Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber). Oval shaped silvered zink; the obverse pebbled with a Stahlhelm in the centre featuring a large mobile swastika on its side superimposed on crossed swords within a wreath of laurel leaves with a tied bow at the bottom; the reverse plain with a vertical needle style pin, an integrated hinge, and a crimped flat wire catch; measuring 35. 93 mm (w) x 43. 74 mm; weighing 19. 3 grams; better than very fine condition.
