Its made with a very 1930s to 40s aesthetic and has tiny shoulder pads to give the sleeves extra puff as well as cuffed sleeves to add even more body. Theres an elastic waist band and high mock neck with buttons of the side that you can leave open if you would like more freedom. Marked a vintage size 13 14. Bust measures 40 inches, waist 28 to 36.
