Sleeves are 17 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 16. Has small satin shawl collar, buttons all the way down the front, fitted waist with 4 gore skirt, each side seam has an inverted pleat to give more swing to the skirt, buttons are metal with satin centers and rhinestones around the outside. Fabric
