Trefoil Table Wood:Plain the circles were placed onThis coffee table features a base constructed from six layers of steam bent and laminated white oak, making it deceptively strong despite its airy appearance. The white oak used in this table is locally sourced and was milled and kiln dried by artist Derek Hennigar. The iron stain is made using steel wool in white vinegar, producing iron acetate, which reacts with high tannin woods to turn black when oil finished. Tempered glass top is 1 2" thick.
