The leaf is gold plated in a satin matte finish. Gloriously large sized brooch; 4&1 4" x 2&1 2". Signed JJ in a diamond of triangles. 1980's piece. Great vintage condition with only very minor scuffs on the leaf. The Ginkgo tree is considered a living fossil as it is the oldest surviving tree on our planet. Gorgeous brooch!
