We are so obsessed with the silhouette of this piece ultra flattering! It has the best of both worlds: shirt dresses and fit and flares, resulting in an ultra MCM look. The waist is cinched in with elastic and gathering and finished with a matching belt. There is a small panel between the cinched waistline and flaring bottom skirt that allows the fabric to lay
