Late Victorian Black Silk and Velvet Jacket with Rhinestones 1930s gloves Made by Surfin SummerBlack weighted silk and velvet Victorian dress jacket with rhinestone accents on upper bodice and center back as well as 2 decorative clasps. Has hooks and eyes up front behind the clasps. Lined in silk. Black sheer silk overlays on front, collar and cuffs those do have some wear. Overall wear and lining is pretty beat but SO pretty!!! Hand made. Measures 15" shoulders, 36" bust, 32" waist, 17" long, 22" sleeves
