Has embroidered flowers on sheer sleeves and down front of dress. High neck with ruffle. Orange velvet bow. Zipper closure. Snap ruffled cuffs. Single tier at bottom. Zipper works, just too small for my size 6 mannequin. Measures: 32" chest 26" waist 38" hip 22" sleeve 53" length
