Two old women gather bush onions at the creek bed and travel west, while another woman follows their tracks, collects mungilpa, and eventually becomes a rock at Kurultu. Daphne was passed down the right to paint this story from her grandmother Narputta Nangala Jugadai, Ikuntji's most senior and internationally recognised painter. Daphne
