40's Black Straw Wide Brim Tilt Hat with Ostrich Feathers 1950s volup dress Back zip of a polyBlack straw wide brim tilt hat. Straw folds down to create an underneath placement cap and the back folds up. Brim extends 3 inches on the front and sides. It is covered with black white ostrich feathers. They are vintage replacements, not original to the hat. Interior is finished with a black grosgrain ribbon and an elastic placement band. No maker's label, just a MSC Union label, size 23.
