60's White Floral Veiled Clip Half Hat pair Cotton bike short60s white floral clip hat sometimes called a half hat. Set on moss green velvet covered wire frame and topped with a matching thick veiling to cover the forehead and no further. Flowers are a white silk dotted with a few wired leaves. No label. Excellent condition, showing little to no wear or age. Measuring on the inside is 10 1 2 x 3 1 2 inches. Alley Cats Vintage is a Member of the Vintage Fashion Guild.
