The inside has the plastic tray for cosmetics and two side elastic pockets. The mirror is missing along with the key. Measures 13 x 7 1 2 x 9(H) inches. As for the condition it does show a great deal of wear on the inside. It is lined with vinyl which has broken and cracked in several places. I have photographed these areas for your inspection.
