70's Lime Green Vest tiara international -Oblong plastic buckleA lime green felt bolero style vest. There is no closure and the front is open. The vest is cropped short and bordered on all edges with appliqued blue, green and white flowers. No label. It measures 34" around the bust, the shoulders are 14" and the length is 14".
