Designed by Raul Blanco for Neiman Marcus it's cut from plush black velvet and black satin. The velvet bodice is close fitting and the satin mini skirt is slightly structured creating a gorgeous hourglass silhouette. Off the shoulder scalloped neckline and barely there sleeves with rhinestone trim. Beautifully crafted, designer quality. Boned bodice.
