60's Brown Velvet Romper nice and soft warm sweater has dark brownVintage 1960s brown velvet, hot pants, jumpsuit. Brown satin taffeta ruffled collar and cuffs. Long sleeve, short shorts, one piece, romper playsuit. V neck, ruffled collar is heavy and stiff as are the ruffled sleeve cuffs that snap at wrists.
