V neckline with ruffled trim. Lightweight polyester. Party ready. Brand Chipper California Tag is faded so no size. Please double check measurements in photos for accurate fit. Fairly adjustable to accommodate a variety of sizes. Excellent vintage condition. One small spot on the back side of the ruffle on collar. Not seen when worn. Shown in last photo.
