Vintage Polka Dots Dress back to school so it doesn't slide downThis adorable Vintage Polka Dots Dress is made with 100% cotton fabric. The bodice is created with elastic in the bottom back and two loops where you put the straps and closes with a bow. The front of the bodice has two decorative bows for a complete vintage look. It also has ruffles in the front bodice and in the skirt as well. All dresses in my shop are cut and handmade by me. I use and industrial straight stitch sewing machine and serge all seams
