Satin Ribbon Woven Straw Hat vintage skort Straight bottom to wear inPreppy little boater hat previously owned by "K. Matson". Thick woven straw, with a satin ribbon. The ribbon had an M on the front at some point. I think this would be a great one to add your own ribbon and flower to. Inside circumference around 21. 5". Fits most heads. I am not sure of exact date, I'd estimate around 70s.
