Being derived from Hastings line stock – which was built to a tighter loading gauge than most BR vehicles due to clearance issues on that line – it can travelon virtually any part of the network
More importantly – DCC control systems (including some common brands) often have significant voltage spikes in their output when some things are activated due to less than wonderful design
Today most manufacturers' wheels are suitable for use on Code 75 track but some vintage models may have flanges which are too deep to clear the rail fixings
