The skirt is fully lined and the material is a heavyweight woven cotton with 2% Lycra, so there's just a bit of stretch to it. There are hidden buttons in the front and a 6. 5 inch slit in the back of the skirt. Between the tailoring in the back and the corset tie, the skirt definitely gives off that 30's 40's femme fatale
