I am leaning towards handmade though. Love the crazy design on this. Material is stretchy and probably a polyester blend. There are 7 pretty golden buttons up the front. Measurements while dress is laying flat Across chest underarm to underarm 18" (stretches an extra couple inches or so) Across waist 15" Length from top of shoulder 43" Length from top of shoulder to waist 16. 5"
