60's High Rise Pillbox Hat by Mr Frank pastel 1980’s Forenza multicolor sweater in1960's high rise pillbox hat. Black straw intrinsically woven with cello straw and cording throughout. Set on a stiff net base edged with black satin ribbon. Inner circumference is 22 inches, rise is 5 inches and on the outside, side to side is 16 inches.
