70's Ivory Accordian Pleated Dress and Lace Peplum Jacket by Themes sustainable purse Width | 15"This is a lovely 1970s dress in lace jacket and slip dress with accordion pleats. It's ivory in color. The floral lace jacket has an elastic waist and split sleeves. It ties at the waist, and has a ruffled peplum. The slip dress has spaghetti straps, elastic waist with tie belt and accordion pleated skirt. It is unlined. Made by Themes. Size 14. Please check measurements as vintage sizes usually fit smaller than modern. Excellent condition. Fabric is
