pattern reminds me of a man's tie

This dress used to be a midi but we shortened it because of wear at bottom of skirt

some staining on cuffs/arms

Not noticeable under normal wear but when inspected very closely

Brass metal snap button closure. Two front pockets. Elastic bottom hem. 100% cotton. No size tag. Chest measures 21" across. Length from shoulder to hem is 22". Good vintage condition with light wear. No holes or rips. Very light discoloration by snap closure.
