Tartan plaid print in burgundy, green, rust red, and blue. A line silhouette, slightly asymmetric hem. In very good vintage condition; the waistband is elastic and has stretched a bit, but the skirt could be belted or the waistband rolled over. Otherwise, there are no issues except some tiny thread nubs here and there (last photo). No
