Has light small shoulder pads that cannot be removed. Polyester. Made in the U. S. Tag says size 8 petite but could work for non petite folks, too. Measurements Taken Laying Flat Shoulder to shoulder: 17" Bust: 19" but can accommodate larger busts (you'd just be showing more cleavage) Waist: 14 17. 5" Hips: open Length: 42" Shown on Mannequin
