The bodice is ruched with a floral detail at the slightly dropped waist. The skirt has two tiers, each with a layer of crinoline. Really fun and very well made. 100% silk, dry clean only. Excellent condition, appears to have never been worn. MEASUREMENTS: bust 32", waist 27", hips 35", length from top of bust 31. 5"
