The perfect vintage staple black dress Full skirts, 3 4 sleeves, elastic waist, loops for a belt (IMO, a fabric belt or a skinny belt would be best.. ooh, or a chain belt!), had lightly padded shoulders (the shoulder pads can easily be snipped out if you dont like them) In excellent condition Will best fit a small or medium, please see measurements
