Sleeves are 21 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Jacket has notched lapel, nipped waist with buttons, pocket flap trim low in front ( no pockets) Skirt measures 27 at the waist (you could move the hook and eye to make it 28), 38 through the hips and length is 30. 5.
