Consumer Protection label attached. From the Mark Twain Hat Shop in Elmira, NY. The owner's name, Edith A. Thompson, is woven into the shop's label! Very good condition. It seems that it is meant to be asymmetrical, as one side is "pinched" in and attached to the crown, but the other side isn't and doesn't look like it ever was. It
