Its by Robert Talbott, Best Of Class. Its 100% silk and I thought it was in excellent condition, until I noticed that the label inside of the smaller part of the tie, has been cut. I did take a picture of it for you. The colors are navy blue, red, and lilac. 58 inches long 4 inches wide
