80's Silk Floral Puff Sleeve Dress with Cinched Waist batik This is a very oversized1980s black & pink floral silk dress. Measurements: 19' from underarm to underarm 32" Waist 40" Hips (The hips have a tulip bubble effect so it looks great poofy or fitted. There is a minor flaw in the dress that is circled in one of the photos. It is torn and I didn't catch it until I was posting. It isn't as noticeable because of the lining and could possibly be mended. Still a beautiful dress with flaw. Large shoulder pads and puff sleeves.
