It's made of white ribbon that has been manipulated to form flowers and petals. It's lined with silk chiffon. It has a hook and eye at the neck and is open down the front. The notched sleeves are 3 4 length. Made by Francea Kahn. Very good condition. Some of the thread has yellowed a bit, particularly on the sleeves.
