White cello straw brimmed in red along the deep upturned brim. 3 1 4 inch brim almost covers the low rounded crown. Right side holds a little red tassel and ball. Interior is finished with a white grosgrain ribbon. Label is Modern Miss with a size tag of 22 1 2. This label was first used in 1936 and was active in 1971. It has since ended.
