70's Handmade Button Front Leisure Dress soft normcore grunge 1960’s Neo Green Pencil SkirtVintage house dress buttons half way in front with hidden lucite buttons. Half sleeve and a super soft fabric, like silk (unknown as there are no tags or indications), Notched collar, seam allowance, darts at bust and on back at shoulders for shape.
