40's Netted and Feathered Black Hat 60s vintage coat men 30” waistThe hat is made of wool and protein fiber. It fits headband like. There is netting in the front with no tears as far as I could see (netting can be tricky like that). There are 3 wispy delicate feathers attached with a jeweled piece. The feathers have a few bends in them. It is made by the merrimac hat corp.
