(i am 59.) this dress has shoulder pads which i think is awesome but they can be easily removed. brand is star born which i could not find anywhere but its giving 60s. little button claps at the neck, and theres ties to adjust the size. shoulder width is 18. 5 inches. under bust is 42 inches max, but can be adjusted smaller. sleeve length is 19
